EASY SEAL CONCRETE STAIN/SEALER is a decorative, solvent based, penetrating tinted and clear stain/sealer with a low sheen finish. Designed to revitalise, recolour and seal new and old concrete surfaces. It helps eliminate uneven substrate absorption and acts as a primer for concrete surfaces such as new tilt slab. EASY SEAL CONCRETE STAIN/SEALER is fast drying and protects surfaces from stains. Has good resistance from car tyre marking and reduces efflorescence. Has good UV resistance and is supplied in a tinted and clear option using a Tint Base and Tint Pack to produce a coloured stain. The key to EASY SEAL CONCRETE STAIN/SEALER is "it must be able to penetrate the surface like a stain/sealer", enabling it to lock onto the concrete whilst still displaying the surface texture. Use EASY SEAL Prep Wash & Thinner as a thinner when required and also to re-activate existing sealer prior to a maintenance coat For Garage floor applications, EASY SEAL is not normally recommended. This is due to the smooth non-porous steel trowelled surface. Even after acid etching treatment the sealer penetration can be limited and may result in the sealer/stain sitting on the top of the surface and can occasionally lift off when vehicles with wet hot tyres are left parked on the surface for a period of time.
